Body Align is designed with your privacy in mind. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any external servers.

This data is processed locally on your device and is never sent to external servers.
All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your personal data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services that collect your data.
If Body Align integrates with Apple HealthKit, we adhere to Apple's HealthKit guidelines. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Body Align may send local notifications to remind you about posture check-ins. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device and do not involve external push notification services.
Body Align does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Since all data remains on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
We do not sell personal information. Since we do not collect personal data on servers, CCPA data access and deletion requests are not applicable.
